The mission of the Working Group on New TB Drugs is to accelerate the discovery and development of new drugs for the treatment of tuberculosis by bringing together the stakeholders in TB Drug Development, including the patients themselves. The Optimization of Oxazolidinones for Use in TB Drug Regimens Workshop aimed to do this in a confidential meeting with key players in oxazolidinone drug development who were able to share current data and advice with the potential to establish future collaborations.
