Striving as technical expert and actively involved in TB care and control for more than 13 years in both public & private sectors (including 8 years USAID/WHO funded and currently about 4 years in GFATM) to achieve the program targets in line with Millennium Development Goals (MDG) in a developing country like Pakistan, where TB remains a major public health problem, ranking 5 th amongst the 22 HBCs and 4th among 27 MDR high burden countries in the world.
