UNAIDS Poll on the Impact of the Economic Crisis on HIV Programs

19 Apr 2010
by Working Group

UNAIDS is conducting a second-round assessment on the impact of the financial crisis on HIV treatment and prevention programmes. The first assessment was carried out in August 2009. Its findings were reflected in the report “Update on the impact of the economic crisis: HIV Prevention and Treatment Programmes” that can be accessed at the following link http://data.unaids.org/pub/Report/2010/economiccrisisandhivandaids61_en.pdf

In this second-round assessment we would like to address again the concerns of Civil Society Organizations working on HIV and AIDS. Thus, we kindly request you to answer a short questionnaire as best as you can.

We would highly appreciate your responses by 23 April 2010. Should you have any technical issues, please do not hesitate to contact Renato Tapia at: tapial@unaids.org

Best regards,

Carlos Avila, UNAIDS
